By creating an account or using the Zivero app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you cannot use the Service.

2. The Service

Zivero connects users with local business deals. We are a platform provider, not the merchant of record. Valid coupons entitle you to the specific deal at the issuing business.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Coupon Redemption

• Coupons must be presented to the merchant at the time of purchase.
• Coupons are subject to the specific terms set by the merchant (e.g., expiry dates, availability).
• Zivero is not liable if a merchant refuses to honor a valid coupon, though we will investigate such reports.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to duplicate, forge, or sell coupons.
• Scraping or harvesting data from the Service.
• Harassing or harming other users or businesses.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zivero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
